What is the alternative to a meeting card for event payments?

An AP automation platform like EvedAP serves as an ideal alternative to meeting cards by delivering the speed planners need alongside the rigorous financial controls and automated reconciliation finance teams require.

How does EvedAP handle vendors who do not accept cards?

EvedAP supports multi-channel payment methods including virtual cards, ACH, wire transfers, and checks, allowing event teams to pay any vendor globally from a single centralized system.

Why do traditional meeting cards fall short for event financial management?

Traditional meeting cards provide speed but lack robust purchase order matching, split payment capabilities for non-card vendors, and automated reconciliation, leading to fragmented spend visibility.
