Customer feedback isn't treated as a suggestion box. It's one of the most important inputs into our product strategy.
Every conversation helps us better understand the challenges our customers face and prioritize the problems that matter most.
AI helps us accelerate innovation, delivering solutions faster than ever before. We invest in AI as a capability, not just a feature.
Innovation isn't measured by how much feedback you collect. It's measured by the value you create from it.
Your data already has the answer. Now you can just ask it.
Eved's new AI data connection lets you plug the AI tools you already use straight into your invoice-level data — vendor, spend, event, approval history — and get real answers, in plain language.

Eved's data model is built on MCP, the open standard for connecting applications to AI. Plug in the AI tool your team already uses — no new software, no migration.
Ask in plain language: which vendors raised prices, what a production spent on catering, which invoices are still pending. No report-builder, no filters to configure.
Every answer is pulled from real, invoice-level data already flowing through Eved — the same records behind your reconciliation, audit trail, and approvals.
The more data you have, the better the answers.
"Which vendors have raised prices the most this year?"
"What did we spend on A/V across every Q3 event?"
"Which invoices over $10,000 are still pending approval?"
"Which productions are trending over budget, and by how much?"
Innovation in Action
Several of our latest platform enhancements were inspired directly by customer feedback and accelerated through our continued investment in AI, automation, and innovation.
Clients told us they wanted a simpler, more intuitive card management experience. Navigation was complex, key information was hard to find, and workflows needed streamlining.
A major EvedPay Card redesign driven directly by client feedback. Includes a complete navigation overhaul, new card details screen with shipping information, chart of accounts upload, defaulting categories and program fields, overhauled envelope screen for easier data entry, updated statement design, new close account functionality, and more data available on tables.
Every change was shaped by real conversations with the teams who use EvedPay Card every day.

Duplicate invoices were caught manually, requiring Eved to send 5–10 emails per day to users for review. The process was slow, error-prone, and created unnecessary back-and-forth.
Automated duplicate detection that flags and pauses invoices before they enter approval. Users receive a dashboard notification with clear options to Keep Invoice or Cancel Invoice — no more email chains. Covers both UI-uploaded and scanned invoices.
What used to require manual intervention now happens automatically — protecting budgets without slowing teams down.

The invoice submission experience lacked clarity for the people actually submitting invoices. Users couldn't easily reference the original document while filling in details.
A built-in PDF viewer that displays the invoice alongside the submission form, making it easier for clients to provide accurate invoice data and verify details before submitting.
Submitting an invoice should be straightforward. Now it is.

Clients couldn't see their escrow transactions in one consolidated view. They had to rely on separate communications to understand their escrow status.
The Escrow Details page is now available in the Client instance, accessible directly from the Dashboard widget. Clients can see all immediate payment and escrow transactions in one place — summary, status, and full activity history.
Transparency builds trust. Now clients have full visibility into their escrow activity without asking.

Supplier, program, and cost center dropdowns loaded slowly, struggled with search accuracy, and didn't support email-based supplier lookup.
Rebuilt the search infrastructure behind supplier, program, and cost center dropdowns for speed and accuracy. Added email-based search to the supplier dropdown so users can find vendors by their billing email.
Small improvements in speed add up to major gains in productivity across thousands of daily interactions.
AI-powered invoice scanning, predictive coding, enhanced fraud alerts, pool funding, and multi-program invoice allocation.
Customers wanted a faster, more efficient way to process invoices and receipts while reducing manual data entry and administrative work.
Eved introduced intelligent invoice scanning and automated coding capabilities that use AI to identify, extract, and organize key invoice data automatically.
Instead of spending valuable hours on repetitive administrative tasks, teams can focus on strategic work that drives greater business impact.

Customers asked us to go beyond automation and help reduce repetitive coding decisions.
Our AI-powered predictive coding capability learns from historical transactions and recommends coding values automatically, helping teams process invoices faster while maintaining consistency and control.
A powerful example of AI solving a real-world problem and helping finance teams work smarter.

Customers wanted greater visibility into payment activity and faster awareness of potential issues.
Enhanced fraud alerts, decline notifications, approval workflows, and real-time email and in-platform notifications that help users identify and respond to issues quickly.
The goal isn't more information. It's delivering the right information at the right time.

Organizations managing multiple events, productions, projects, and programs needed greater flexibility in how funds were allocated and managed.
EvedPay Card Pool Funding, allowing organizations to manage funding more strategically while reducing administrative complexity.
Another example of how customer feedback directly influences platform innovation.
Vendors working across multiple events, productions, or programs often needed to submit separate invoices for each project — creating duplicate work, delays, and reconciliation headaches.
Multi-program invoice allocation that lets vendors submit a single master invoice while Eved automatically splits it across the correct projects, assigns line items to the right budgets, and runs parallel approval workflows simultaneously — no sequential waiting.
A capability many systems simply can't offer — purpose-built for the way events, media, and entertainment actually operate.
